I've seen windshield lowers on a LS650 but can't find out where I can get them. Anyone know? I bought a new Savage for my wife May 2002 and I've had a ball fixing it up and tinkering with it. I have a Nomad 1500 and think that this bike is a fooler. She had a Virago 535 before this and kept having trouble dropping it. She wasn't comfortable on it and when we were at a dealer told her to sit on one. She took it for a test ride and we bought a new one. She's loved it since. I enjoy riding more with her on her own bike and seeing the enjoyment that she is getting from this. By the way we are in our 50's and she is 4' 11". I can see why this bike has been around for so long.
